Support Your Local Farmers And Orchards And Farmer's Markets

Not too long ago, I published a blog column about making your own takeout food. At home. This is something we have been doing for a while now. Because. Well. Takeout food prices have skyrocketed. Not only that, the quality has spiraled downward and the portions have gotten a lot smaller.

This Is The Only Bug Killer You Will Ever Need

I posted this photo back in September of 2020 on my personal Facebook wall. At the time, I was desperate for an all-natural, pet-friendly bug killer because I hate nuisance bugs. As in, the ones that exist for the sole purpose of simply being an asshole. The ones that fly, sting, or stink. Occasionally, they get on our screened-in back porch or in the house.

If You Want Great Takeout Food, Make It Yourself.

A couple of years ago, our state was almost completely shut down because of COVID-19. That included local restaurants. To an extent. Indoor dining wasn't allowed, however, curbside service and takeout were. Some restaurants were fortunate enough to offer make-shift outdoor dining. As time went on, indoor dining slowly reopened, but there were lengthy restrictions.

Heading In The Right Direction

It has been well over a month since I last published a blog column. I'm not proud of that. Things have been sort of messy. I'm not referring to my life in general. On the homefront, everything is in check. Balanced. Steady. Content. We have been continuously getting projects done inside and outside of the house we bought over 2 years ago. Our kids are healthy and happy. What's messy is the stuff going on in my brain.
