The Weekend Before Our Big Bodacious Painting Project

It's the weekend before I start on our Big Bodacious Painting Project. Exactly a week after I mentioned doing things differently than our last painting project in May of 2018. I have spent this entire week wrapping up a few online projects including launching my Lisa's Bodacious Kitchen Facebook page.

I'm sitting at the desk in our home office. Typing this. Sipping my morning coffee. I am muttering, "Holy shit. Where did the week go?" Willa is sitting on the doggy bed in the home office. Looking at me while I'm slightly freaking out.

We have a lot to do this weekend in preparation for our Big Bodacious Painting Project.

The desk is plastered with colorful sticky notes...

Update the Bodacious Biscuit Love and Our Bodacious Dog Mom Life Facebook pages.

Take air conditioners out of the windows.

Update this blog site because I've had the same colors and fonts for over 5 years.

Bake homemade dog biscuits for our kids.

Wash all throw blankets and sheets.

Gather items and take photos for our virtual yard sale.

Buy paint and supplies for the first 2 rooms and all the trim.

Visit our favorite orchard for round 1 of apples, squash, pumpkins, and cider.

Meal prep and bake for the first half of the week tomorrow.

Exhale...

Despite all of the stuff that needs to get done, we're not stressed. It's the weekend. We have no plans. We're doing everything at our own pace.

On the sidelines, I'm preparing myself for the clutter that will be attributed to our Big Bodacious Painting Project.

I will keep you posted...

My goal is to get it all done by the time Lisa's vacation week begins mid-October.

We've. Got. This.
