A Very Proud Work At Home Dog Mom Day

Today was the big day. After spending most of the week painting and lettering 21 signs for a custom order, I had to embark on the most difficult task. Screwing in 189 eye hooks. Then, tying the same amount between wind chime pieces and twine hangers. I'm not going to lie. It was hard. It took me most of the day. But, I did it.

Of course throughout the day, I had to tend to my usual Work at Home Dog Mom stuff. That worked out quite well because my fingers needed a break from screwing in eye hooks and adding the wind chime pieces.

In addition, after screwing in eye hooks for 2 of the signs I decided that it was time to install the speakers in the Bodacious DIY Dog Mom Project Workshop.

Music motivates me.

I busted ass today.

By the time Lisa arrived home from work, everything was done.

The 21 signs.

Housework.

Meal prep for us and our kids.

It was a very proud moment.

Much needed.

It reminded me that if you set a goal and set your mind to accomplishing that goal, you can do it.

And, I did.

After the signs were all done, I treated myself to a glass of wine.

Okay, so maybe a few glasses of wine.

I needed this week.

I needed today.

For. So. Many. Reasons.
