Aside from our variety of homemade dog biscuits, our kids love to snack on raw vegetables and fruits. Their absolute favorite are carrots. Several times a week, I cut up fresh carrot sticks. Sniff. Sniff. Sniff. Regardless of what the kids are doing, they find their way to the kitchen counter and watch. Tails wagging. They know. Carrots.
Their favorite place to eat carrot sticks is on our bed. I have yet to figure this out. Although their carrot stick fest has happened on our bed dozens of times, I never took the time to listen. On this particular day, I took a video. Crunch. Crunch. Crunch.
I have come to love and adore the sound of our kids crunching carrots.
