Lisa has been busting her ass in the woodshop and I've been doing the same in our Bodacious DIY Dog Mom Project Workshop. 'Tis the season! Life is always crazy busy around here, but for the next month, it's going to be super crazy busy.
This year, for our 2019 Bodacious Personalized Ornaments, we decided to go with wooden rectangles. This was the design a couple of years ago. We offered either a snowman design or pawprints.
The first of our 2019 Bodacious Holiday pieces were finished and sold out this week. Last year, we made wooden snowmen, but most of the hats and scarves were made out of fabric.
This year, my hands got a workout because I crocheted the hats and scarves.
We have a lot more wooden snowmen in the works. Various styles and sizes. All of the hats and scarves will be crocheted.
It will be a month-long workout for my hands.
I adore the look of the crocheted hats and scarves. They're a lot of work to make, but worth it. I always feel like a slacker when I'm sitting at the table crocheting these items, but it's work.
I keep having to remind myself of that...
We will have another style of snowmen available next week. My goal is to get them finished over the weekend and offer them on Monday or Tuesday.
