I Made Soup. Because That's What I Do When People Are Sick.

Last week, Lisa caught the horrible head and chest cold that's been going around.  Yesterday, I woke up with it. By the end of the day, I was sofa bound. Head and chest cold. Fever. Aches. Chills. Nausea. Today, I learned that our neighbor friends, who we enjoyed dinner with on Saturday, are sick too. Despite how crappy I feel and the amount of work that's piling up because I have zero motivation, I made soup.

Three pots of soup.

One pot was regular chicken and vegetable with rice.

One pot was vegetarian. Vegetables and rice.

The other pot was low carb for me. Chicken and vegetables with no rice.

I also made garlic parmesan bread with some incredible, homemade bread our neighbor friends bought us in Vermont.

Lisa delivered the soup.

We ate ours.

The kids enjoyed some too with their dinner.

That was that.
