I receive a lot of emails and private messages about the blog columns I publish on this blog site. I absolutely love hearing from people. Trust me. I do. At times, being a Work at Home Dog Mom can be quite isolating. Just recently, someone sent me an email asking if I really check on the kids every 30 minutes throughout the day.
Yes. I do.
At any given time throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening, I know where our kids are at.
I stop what I'm doing twice an hour to check on our kids.
I cover them up with their favorite blankets.
Give them kisses and belly rubs and more kisses.
Enjoy lots of playtimes.
Talk to them.
Take them out.
Give them multiple snacks and their vitamins.
Make sure their pillows are fluffed.
Massage their back and legs and chest.
If we get a bad storm, we all snuggle on the bed or sofa.
Etc...
If I were a Work at Home Mom to human kids, my day would be a mix of tending to the human kids, playtime, work, housework, spending time in the kitchen prepping and making homemade meals.
As a Work at Home Dog Mom, I do the same thing.
It is a 24/7 job, but I love it.
I wouldn't change it for anything.
