This Year Feels A Bit Different. I'm Not Dreading The Month Of December...

The last day of November. It was a productive day. I baked homemade dog treats. Packaged up the 2017 Bodacious Holiday Ornaments and couple of Bodacious Holiday Bundles for Lisa to ship out. Once that was done, I tackled housework and meal prep. The music was blaring in the background. Tomorrow, we embark on the last month of the year.

As quoted from my personal Facebook page...

At 4:40, just now, when you're sitting at your home office desk, shirt and face covered in flour. And you sport a smile on your face. Your wife beeps the horn. She meets me outside. I greet her with an armload of packages to ship out. Yeah, it's November 30th. I'm grateful for so much. Tomorrow is the FIRST of December.

On December 8th, my birthday, I'll be prepping for our Spreading Love and Cheer Holiday Party on December 9th. When Lisa asked what I wanted to do for my birthday, THIS is what I wanted. I'm dedicating my birthday to spreading holiday love and cheer. SO many people have shared their stories with me. THIS is what I want to do.

And, on Christmas Eve, December 24th, we'll be preparing a feast. PLEASE do not spend Christmas alone. If you have no place to go or have fallen on hard times, you are more than welcome at our table. No questions asked. As the saying goes, "When you have more than you need, build a longer table, not a higher fence." Our home is judgment-free. Just send me a private message.

There is something different about this year. More than ever, I'm looking forward to the Christmas season. The hustle and bustle. Baking stuff I only make this time of year. My decision to dedicate my birthday to hosting a Spreading Love and Cheer Holiday Party. And, spending my actual birthday prepping for this.

I'm also looking forward to making a huge Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve to share with people who may not have a place to go, have been hit with hard times, or need a lil' Christmas cheer.

We've. Got. This.
