During the first week of February we launched the Bodacious 7 Days Of Love. Each day, for 7 days, we offered a DIY Dog Mom Project up for grabs. For 3 of those days, I made Bodacious Patchwork Doggy Quilts. The first quilt sold within 5 minutes. The second, in under a minute. The third quilt sold in 10 seconds. I literally posted the quilt, refreshed my screen, and BOOM! Someone replied with, "I want it."
During this time, and after a few discussions, it was decided that I would continue to create Bodacious Patchwork Doggy Quilts and offer 2-3 a week as an "up for grabs" item on our Bodacious Biscuit Love Facebook page. We set a date. March 1st.
Over the weekend, Lisa and I were chatting about kid stuff and the topic of my quilts came up. Lisa mentioned that it was almost March 1st. Did I have a design yet for the quilts I'd be offering this coming week?
Gasp!
Total. Dork. Moment. I knew March 1st was right around the corner, but it completely slipped my mind that February only has 28 days.
You'd think, by now, at the age of 43, remembering this wouldn't be an issue. Apparently, it is.
It's February 26th. I don't have 4 or 5 days to get the first quilt done. I have only 2 days.
Gasp!
Guess what I'll be doing tomorrow and Tuesday?
