All Seems Right With The World Now

Last year, during the first week of July, we had to take everything out of the home office, rearrange the wall decor, desks and shelf to make room for a love seat. This was no small task. It took an entire day along with the help of our neighbors. The love seat had belonged to our Grammy who passed away the week prior. No one in the family wanted the love seat. We took it.

Since then, the love seat has been mostly used by our kids. They love having an additional sofa to lounge out on.

Lisa and I enjoy having it in here too. It's another place we can stretch out and have all 3 kids on our laps. At times, while I'm working at my desk, Lisa will sit on the love seat and use her tablet.

Today, after writing numerous articles, and still trying to shake off the negative crap from last week, I looked to my left.

The love seat.

Coco was stretched out. Sound asleep. Enjoying the rays from the sun. The window was opened. He had a smile on his face.

I sat there for the longest time admiring our son.

All seems right with the world now.

Of course, I had to get up, rub his belly and give him a kiss.
