Up early. A scrumptious breakfast at Bill's Bread & Breakfast with Lisa. A little shopping spree at Home Depot for house stuff. Putting faces to names of a couple of cool guys who have only known me for my baked goods. A big bowl of farm fresh eggs gifted to us. A spontaneous adult beverage and great conversation with a special friend of ours.
Then...
More unpacking.
Our sweet friend joined us for pizza and wine.
Above all...
Lisa is on vacation this week.
I couldn't have asked for a better way to begin a new month.
