You could say that my Christmas Baking began today. It did. I baked over 300 cookies. Chocolate chip. Chocolate sea salt caramel chip. Cinnamon roll. Mint chocolate chip. Most of these cookies will be arranged in a deep dish platter for Lisa to take to work tomorrow for her crew. I will have enough left over for a dozen bags. And, I made a few of my huge 9 inch chocolate chip cookies drizzled with milk chocolate.
This is only day one...
Between a special offer for the 9 inch chocolate chip cookies, baking enough to spread LOTS of Holiday Love and Cheer, making and baking our annual specialty confections for gifts, etc., I will probably be baking through the day before Christmas Eve.
