I've Given Myself 3 Days To Make 5 Bodacious Patchwork Doggy Quilts

When we accepted an invitation to participate in the Annual Spring Festival and Craft Show, it was a last minute decision. I knew it was going to be a lot of work. A good portion of our display will feature bags o' Bodacious Biscuit Love. I'll bake those the Monday and Tuesday before the event. The rest of our display will be DIY Dog Mom Projects. The dilemma that danced in front of my face was the simple fact that I had nothing made.

Nothing. Zero. Zilch.

That's a hard pill to swallow. It's like a wrecking ball of reality crashing into my left side and reminding me that I only have 2 1/2 weeks to fill that entire portion of our display. I need to make Bodacious Patchwork Doggy Quilts, dog themed wall decor, doggy toy boxes, and leash/apparel holders.

Today, the process began. I decided to tackle the Bodacious Patchwork Doggy Quilts first. When I work with fabric, I'm unable to bake biscuits or work with wood. I have to be super careful when I do food prep for dinner and I can't make anything with strong odors like onions or garlic. Fabric absorbs odors.

I'm giving myself until Saturday to complete 5 Bodacious Patchwork Doggy Quilts. That's 3 days. In order for me to start on the wooden DIY Dog Mom Projects, and complete all of 'em in 2 weeks, I need to get these quilts done. Fabric put away.

Can it be done? Sure. Will it be easy? Nope. Will there be moments of frustration? Probably. But, I've got this.

I think...
